Senior Cat Clinic
Our resident cat vet Catriona MacKinnon, has developed our Senior Cat Clinic, which is aimed to identify potential health conditions before they become a serious illness.
Did you know that a cat over the age of 8 years old is considered to be 'senior'! Their equivalent age in human years is over 48 years old. Our resident cat vet Catriona MacKinnon, has developed our Senior Cat Clinic, which is aimed to identify potential health conditions before they become a serious illness. The clinic includes a thorough consultation with the vet, during which time your cat will have a full health check, blood pressure measured and a feline wellness profile blood test.
We recommend that any cat over the age of 8 years old takes advantage of our Senior Cat Clinic which can be done any time at our Cathkin Branch and we recommend combining the clinic with your cats annual booster appointment.
The vet may recommend further treatment based on the findings which are not included in this offer. This offer is intended to detect underlying health issues so can not be applied to pets who are already unwell or undergoing treatment.
