what to do if you are unable to get into the practice or your pet is too sick to travel
It is usually quicker and less expensive to bring your pet to the hospital. However, where this is not practical, we can arrange either a house call by one of the veterinarians or for your pet to be collected and delivered back to you by our veterinary ambulance. We are happy to make house visits if you are unable to get into the practice or your pet is too sick to travel. However, because all the equipment and resources are based at the practice we do ask you to bring your pet to us if at all possible, so he or she can get the best possible treatment available. Please contact us before 1pm if you require a house visit on the same day. We are not able to offer house visits on evenings and weekends due to staffing.
